On April 13, 2017, Canada’s federal government introduced Bill C-45, which will ultimately be known as the Cannabis Act (the “Act”) and which will set out the rules under which recreational cannabis will become legalized in Canada.
Oregon: Taking Control: Oregon SB 1057
